Warning: your wife will likely spend some time (and money) in this store! Was blown away by how many items (clothing, car seat, bottles, etc) you can find for babies. Anything you can think of for a baby, you can find it at this store. There are your usual over-priced items, but I’d say most prices were average. They have strollers much nicer than some cars you see on the road!

As Great God Grand Parent's we were pleased when our God daughter told us that she was expecting her first child with her husband last November. The very next weekend we went to BBB and purchased a complete nursery, stroller/car seat. Two weeks later we purchased an all in one bassinet/playpen for home. He just turned five months and we still purchase items such as formula and clothing from here. I kid you not we are in there at least once a month and that's with the Pandemic going on. I recommend this place to everyone. The staff and experience every time has been great.

So rude! I needed to make a return on a product which was a lovenest head pillow and since there was 1 tiny baby hair they flipped out and was like you need to buy something else in exchange which i had no problem... tbh didnt even see the hair! But the way the “manager” acted was sooo unprofessional! Lile damn b***** tell me politely!

Bad experience before even making it in the door. All the shopping are stuck together. Asked for help and was told there are shopping carts outside with attitude. Only ones available outside are stuck together.

We were initially worried coming here based on reviews but had a great experience. Jonathan and Gabe were VERY helpful and knowledgeable with our stroller purchase. Jonathan made sure we got what we were looking for, told us how not to miss out on the discount offer that was to expire the next day, and helped deliver our items to our car without asking him to. Will definitely be a returning customer.
