We moved to League City, TX from 40 years in Louisiana. Picked Capital One as our new bank because it was a couple of blocks from our house. Well, that location is now permanently closed and is for sale. The next closest location is in Webster. Went there yesterday. It was temporarily closed. The next closest is in Almeda. Went there after going to Webster. The inside was closed. Had to use one of the two drive through lanes(took 30 minutes). All to get some cash to put in the grandkids Valentine's Day cards. Capital One could care less about their customers. Only about their bottom line. Time to find a new bank that cares.
