I love that this store carries Louis Vuitton, & previously had directed my boyfriend here who got me a great deal on a bag. However, before you shop be forewarned that some the staff is not properly trained how to identify authenticity on their LV. I recently advised my friend to try & pawn her bag there, & she was turned away on the basis that the bag \may not be genuine.\ It was embarrassing for both myself, & her; especially because I was with her upon her purchase of the bag & know w/certainty it is genuine. Disappointing as this detours me from any future LV purchases here. How can I trust that a store is selling authentic products- if they can't identify one I saw leave the Louis Vuitton store with my own eyes?

I brought in a Dyson lightweight vacuum cleaner 400 new) along with a few more items. The guy offered 50 which I said fine. He took a long time and played around with it, taking it apart, cleaning it out, even vacuuming the floor with it! After all that time, he put it down rudely and said “I’ll pass”. I asked him politely to empty out what he vacuumed so I could take it to another shop, and his response: “I don’t have to do that bro”. The owner was a middle aged lady right there who wouldn’t even look at me and didn’t say anything about his behavior. I even had to ask for my charger back on the way out! These are rude, low class people.

Had a friend have an item stolen and sold after they claimed his bill was dropped. Feeling like maybe I hadn’t gotten the whole story—I made the same mistake in trusting these people with my belongings too. The same deal happened where after 17 days (inside the contractual 30extra 30) I returned to get my item that was nowhere to be found. The police say I can’t do much with the organization Circle uses to keep records, but make the public aware of their wrongdoings. DO NOT GO HERE. THEY WILL STEAL YOUR ITEMS.

I've been going to this pawnshop for years and the one thing that stays consistent is their great prices and even better customer service. Missy always takes the time to show and explain the ins and outs of as many items as you wish to see and the entire staff is knowledgeable on everything they offer. I would recommend this pawnshop to anyone looking for hidden gems or in need of a little extra cash till payday just go by and let them know what you are looking for.
