I have been a long time customer of this chain and they've always done well for me and in my opinion they're one of the best tire places ever. I was so pleased that when I moved from Houston, TX to Ventura, CA that American Tire is the same company and I was able to keep that relationship. Today we had an issue with a tire on a rental vehicle in the Webster/Clear Lake area. Across the street from where we discovered the flat was this Discount Tire (ironically the same one I used to visit when I lived here). I drove over here and put more wear on the already damaged tire. Bruce met me at the door and he quickly assessed the situation. He's replacing my rental car tire at an extremely discounted rate. God bless him! Good man. But I believe it's because he works for a great company. Keep it up, guys! I'll be back again and again for my personal car tire needs. I HIGHLY recommend this establishment.

I cannot recommend this location of Discount Tire enough. All of the staff was very nice, as I could hear them working with other customers. Andrew was the associate that helped me and to say he saved the day would be an understatement. I have been fortunate enough to never experience car issues while alone and this day I got a flat and nobody was available to help me. When I called he talked me through different options and listened to me despite my nervous and anxious rambling. Eventually I was able to make my way to the location and he had already pulled my tire and was ready for me. What could have been a ruined weekend was solved unbelievably quick thanks to Andrew and the rest of the staff. I cannot stress enough how thankful I am for Andrew's kindness, knowledge, and customer service. We always use Discount Tire but I will be sure to frequent this location in particular for our future needs. Thank you so much!

Bruce doesn't play around!! He knows the ins and outs of his business and is very involved in the whole process. I have a lifted diesel truck with 35-in tires and it can be a headache trying to find the right ones. I went to about 10 different places including other discount tires and as soon as I walked in to this location Bruce recommended one tire and that was the one. The other shops I went to flooded my brain with so many tires that I didn't even know what I wanted lol. Shout out to the guys in the shop! Them boys know how to get it done!!
Really nice people. I came in to get my tires rotated and balanced. They had ne in and out in about 30min. The people were really professional and seemed happy to help. Good location, nice store. I would definitely refer my friends to this location.
