This company has serious issues I go to activate internet and they tell me it will be installed 9-13th come to find out it’s actually 9-16th after they left a voicemail the next morning no problem ok. I work so I made sure I didn’t have to be there for them to activate the line they said I DID NOT have to be there. Well this morning I got a text saying someone 18 or older needs to be present. This company has the worst by far communication skills I’ve ever experienced in my life not to mention I already paid the deposit. So I go to call them to figure it out I’ve now been transferred 3 times on the call you would think it would once max to be transferred to the right place. Absolutely worst customer service ever this company is competly clueless
If I could give them 0 stars I would. They lie when your service will be started and how long things take. On top of it charge you when. You have no service. Customer service sucks. They never follow through on anything they tell you!!!
My experience has been awful. The midem has to becreser probably 40 times a day. I am on my 3rd modem within 1-1/2 years. I just switched to another provider with what I hope is better service.
no help what so ever....never get a hold of anyone when you need service or help.....ugh
