Would be zero stars if allowed. I drove 1.5 hours to get to this appointment for my 10 Year old daughter through an unexpected lake effect storm - with accidents along 104 - I tried to call several times with the number on the paperwork but it was automated couldn’t get to facility . I was 100% late (just under 15 minutes by the time I stepped in and spoke with receptionist). I said I was sorry and she said no problem however after checking in and seeing it was an ultrasound- she said she had to check with the technician- who then refused to do the procedure. let me say only one car in parking lot and no one waiting. Why would you not have a phone number to the facility- even checked the website. My daughter was already nervous and began crying immediately. Would not recommend this facility to anyone. Do yourself a favor and find a different more family friendly facility.
