Seriously impressed with Stan's service, its not often that people in business still remember names, and the three times that I walked into Jos A. Stan knew me with my mask and provided excellent service. Not to mention he also is very knowledgeable about suits and won't let you leave without looking the best. I highly recommend, I was not disappointed at all, thank you Stan!

Worst service ever. I did shopping with Jos A Bank many times. I never seen like this customer service before. Stancey Moore gave us terrible customer service and he was not respectful. I ordered some shirts online and came to store for exchange. Stancey Moore did not listen to us and cancelled our transaction. I told him we are exchanging and he said you did not tell me. I said you did not ask. Anyways, he did mistake on our cancellation. Instead of fixing the problem she charged my card 64. I said why are you charging me 64 and he said I will show you. I am not happy with this all situation. Maybe he had a bad day too but It was not my fault

Absolutely great place to shop. I needed a suit for my daughter's wedding and the staff was amazing. They helped me get the perfect suit tailored to me for a great price. I will Absolutely be going back.

Needed a suit. Got in, was shown exactly what I needed and wanted. Got the pants on order. All in 30 minutes. Pants due in next week, then go in for alterations. A very good experience.

What more I can say but the staff here is amazing. I went to multiple locations looking to get a suit made for my girlfriends birthday dinner and I was treated as if I couldn't afford it or as if I wasn't wanted there . Yet Mr. Gene and Mr. Lewis treated me like family and helped me every step of the way in customizing my suit. This store will be my permanent location for getting my suits made thank you guys everyone loved the suit.

My husband came in there to buys some shirts. While being assisted by one of the employees Stancey Moore inserted himself into the conversation being sarcastic loud and obnoxious didn’t even help or allowed the other employee finish assisting my husband. My husband ended up leaving the store because Stancey stood his ground in being sarcastic. As I can see We are not the only ones receiving bad service from Stancey Moore.
