Not a super busy when my wife and I went, however that changed quick. Queso is delicious and the food comes out super fast. We enjoyed a delicious lunch with drinks included. Margaritas were awesome. We will be back. YUM. Also would like to mention we had a super friendly server.

They were open the night after the winter storm. VASCEPA is good for the ️! We were so thankful for some really good Mexican food and some adult beverages.

A bit of a hidden gem. A friend told us about this place. Queso was absolutely amazing!!! Margaritas are average but incredibly affordable. Food had a ton of flavor. Definitely not a romantic place but waitress was friendly and they have karaoke on Friday nights. We are adding this to a regular list of places to go.
My mom and I tried it for the first time today and we will not be back. Our local Mexican spot is at Taqueria Chulapas which is down the street ( and amazing ) and we are regulars there. Our main waiter said he knows people that work at La Familia and also said the restaurant is not that great.....He aint lying!! I put on my receipt, " yucky food". Bland food, the rice was disgusting!! It tasted like Chinese food and just over all tasted disgusting so much that i spit it out. salsa was bleh, and my plate was not great. I will never go again ! Worst place ever !
The only thing good about this restaurant that I ate/drink was actually the sprite the beans you could taste it was store brought cans, had a the rice was preheat it again from yesterday‘s and the fajitas I felt I was Chewing bubblegum , lots of after taste to it And no seasoning to it. the flour tortillas you could tell you can smell the plastic where they were wrapped in store-bought I wouldn’t eat there again. The one star is for Sprite and the waiter.
