Let me start with \the paint\ went to Lowes with a vision of a beautiful freshly painted dining room and kitchen. Dragging my husband to pick out paint knowing he's probably thinking this is just the beginning of a very expensive paint job, we found the paint colors and went home to get into an \HGTV show\ state of mind. We made a deal,he paints the top part of the wall and I get the wainscoting on the bottom. (Cream color on top,white on the bottom) after spending about 4 hours trying to paint the walls to perfection, the bottom dried a very light pastel pink! As if the paint transformed itself from white to pink on its own. Come to find out, they put a hint of red in the paint! But it happens, people make mistakes and they exchanged the paint for the right one. So yes I had to repaint the walls and trim but all in all, customer service was good. And of course when you paint the walls,you have to get a new rug and a new light and a new dining room table and chairs! My husband was right all along,it turned out to be expensive!!! I'll update with pictures when we're done putting it all together!!!

I generally shop at home depot, saw a few things at lowes for the same price so I figured I'd give them a try. Ordered online in may, didn't arrive until June (probably not their fault... F-ing corona) Went to go pick up at 8 am on a Saturday no line customer service called back and talked to someone. Said it would be at least 15-20 min... The store is literally empty (my wife even said no one was there) like 15 people not only other waiting for an order pick up so this doesn't seem acceptable. I said that's crazy she said they were in the middle of something so I asked if they were with a customer and she said no. Again that's not acceptable, wandered around for almost 30 min before we \located\ the ordered which was sitting next to customer service for 10 mi.

5 stars because they carry actual John Deere paint colors and other parts. So helpful! I actually love Lowe’s. Similar pricing to Home Depot but always compare. Love how this place feels clean and white. Love the Lowe’s experience.

Trying to get an item delivered turned out to be impossible after a week of calls. I had to rent a truck. They did help me load it but wouldn't listen to how I wanted it loaded. I'll go to Home Depot from now on. (The people were nice but ineffectual.)
