I had a hip surgery and was sent here to get the brace I needed for after the surgery. The orthopedic office told New Life the wrong kind of brace to order, and didn't realize it until I was already in surgery a few weeks later. New Life worked their tails off to get the right brace and get it to the hospital in time, but I had already left. After some phone calls, they literally brought the right brace to my house, after hours! They went above and beyond to correct someone else's mistake.

Horrible experience. The people there were extremely rude & indifferent. They couldn't even be bothered to acknowledge my presence after entering. They simply continued their personal conversation. When they finally addressed me they gave me a lecture about making appointments. Then they found the appointment. No apologies.

Horrible hours (9am-3pm and they are closed for an hour over lunch) make it impossible for someone with a job to go to a simple appointment without missing work.

Had them make an insert for my shoe. They made me one and after leaving they noticed that it was not made of the right material. The receptionist called me and told me they made a new one that was right. Without them being honest I would have never known. Thank you for being honest and helpful!

Excellent staff, professional providers, and I received my services faster than expected. I have been to other Orthotic and Prosthetic practices and have not experienced the care and feeling of being part of the family as I do with New Life Brace and Limb. Highly recomended!
