So i had a no problem store wise. I love the store and the prices. As far as the employees...one black young female was very rude. Not talking to me directly but about me. Saying rude things like \I can't stand when parents come in the store around Christmas time buying all kinds of stuff like go to nike outlet or something \ like ouch ! It was my first time visiting and as much as i loved the store and prices im a single mother currently big and pregnant and she made me feel a bit ashamed. But what she didn't know is that i been struggling to pay my rent, get my kids a few toys for Christmas and finally got a few extra dollars to buy them some winter clothes. The woman was rude. Even when I went to put my clothes up to check the price and shop around a bit more she told the other lady not to do that because we (the customers) are lazy and don't feel like carrying our own bags. Like wow, have kids of your own and see how hard it is to be a single parent struggling to make ends meet and you find a nice lovely store with good prices but the employees are rude...well, she was the only one. The other ladies kind of dismissed her like they was use to this talk. Still for my first time I felt very uncomfortable & ashamed. My kids deserve Nike and all that but right now I just can't afford it. I love the store but will definitely need to speak to a manager because I left in tears.

So I read a comment saying \We'll price items at 50-70% off original retail prices\. Well, I saw this color wheel today that had a 3 price from target and y'all priced it at 3.50. That doesn't seem right. Makes me wonder what else your store is cheating on. Why can't people be honest anymore? Will definitely take my business elsewhere.

I'm so sad about my experience selling here. It was my first time selling my baby items, long story short she said an hour. It took 3. They said they will text me when it's done. I never got a text. The girl that told me 15 more minutes left for the day so after another hour I went back to the store And another girl was there with a whole attitude. It was all a mess. It was a bad experience. They didn't take much either(just namebrands) but atleast now I know what to expect if I was to ever go back. I would not recommend my friends to sell here

Store typically has a good selection of items. On my last visit both girls, Megan and Alexis, at the front had their masks hanging under their noses. Feeling safe while shopping is of upmost importance to me, and it is sad to see such standards are not enforced on the employees.

I was just turned away for having a surface mark on my walker, and the man berhind the counter claimed \we just have too many!\ I have walked the entire store, not a single walker! To top it off, I just found these 2 costumes, one stained, obviously not washed, and the other missing the hat hat goes with it. Not happy with this store!
