Dr. Shang is awesome! She is very understanding, patient, and thorough with explaining what she is doing and why. She is available for questions and never makes you feel like you are stupid or a bother. Her demeanor is very nice and calm and makes a very anxiety ridden situation for me the best it can be. Anytime I have called, the staff has been so nice and super helpful. Such a nice change to many doctors offices. Definitely worth the travel. So glad I found them and definitely highly recommend.
