No kidding, that was the most painless blood draw I've ever had. Signing in on the tablet was quick and convenient. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. I'll definitely come back.

Made an online reservation the day before, and it was super easy. I waited less than 5 minutes and the test only took another 5. Phlebotomist was friendly and professional. About as easy an experience as it gets

Once you do get seen, the service is quick and the techs quite pleasant. On the other hand their phone answering system is an exercise in futility. Did nothing but give me the "run-around" and NEVER a live person to talk to. They'll just have to figure out that I'm missing my appointment . . . . .

Horrible service. Set appointment time 3 days prior and had 10 am appt. do I arrived 20 minutes early and had signed in at Kiosk and was called into private room and employee said drug tests starts at 10. Apparently I had to wait back in waiting room until appointment time to get drug test so I had to check back in and unfortunately the kiosk DID NOT HAVE MY APPOINTMENT TIME and I had to recheck in as WALK IN. No employee seemed to care and I had to wait 30 more minutes until being seen. Employee was Jason that basically acted like nothing happened and his coworker did not care at all.

I thought this place did a great job. Clean, efficient, I got in at my appointment time. My phlebotomist was really good at her job and super friendly. They had great COVID measures in place. Will be going here for any future lab work.

This place is a joke. I tried calling but it just goes to a full voicemail. Nobody answers the phone. So I tried showing up as a walk-in. There's no front desk to talk to anyone. Just a computer that you sign in on. The waiting room was extremely crowded with people. Not safe for this Covid situation at all!!! So when I signed in I had the option to receive a text when they're ready for me. Well that was over 45 mins ago. I'm leaving and never coming back here. This was a complete waste of my time. You guy's need to be more organized. Answer your phone calls and make appointments!
