I just want to say a huge thanks to Adam and his crew! They saved the house deal that we were 5 days from purchasing when the freeze happened. The owners were on a 3 week wait list for another company when we located Adam and he was out the same day that we contacted them. They worked diligently to ensure all the drywall was dry and mold free and removed any questionable wet surfaces. They were fast, thorough, knowledgeable and just the nicest group of people to work with. Adam truly cares about the homeowners he services and works with insurance to get your home back into shape leaving no question of future problems. If you find yourself in need of any type of emergency regarding water or smoke, Adam should definitely be your first call!

We initially used Rainbow for water mitigation as they were recommended by our insurance company. We were so happy with their services that we decided to use them for restoration as well. We couldn't have been more pleased with everything they did. Ajay was great to work with and I would use them again.

Ajay and his crew arrived THE day my insurance company contacted them to tell them I had water damage from an unknown source. I had hired a plumber who came to my house, cut eight holes in the wall and the told me he could not find the leak and it was probably a slab leak. Ajay arrived and told me not to call an expensive leak detector. He IMMEDIATELY found the cause of the leak/-the hot water heater and water purification system. Why the plumber did not find this is beyond me. Still, Ajay and his team were punctual, told me everything they were doing and why, and helped me figure out what to do next. They kept my insurance company in the loop, and they came by to check on the fans and dehumidifier every day until the leak was fixed. They also took out the parts of the carpet and padding that were affected by the leak. If you ever have a leak in your home in which the wall or flooring are impacted, call this company. They are so kind and honestly work to save clients money while doing a thorough job. I hope I never need them again, but if I do, they will be the first I call.
