I've always had good service at this location! Roza and Savanna were very helpful and always followed up with answers to all my questions. My only complaint is the location is not very handicap accessible. Handicap parking is in the parking lot on the second level but there is no elevator to get you to ground level where banking takes place.

I dont bank here myself but I bring some of my indivudals from my program to this location. Its not a very inviting location, its small and feels like dungeon. The people who work here are not the most friendly and generally look unhappy. I mostly assume the company its self is awful to work for and looking at the other reviews the service is subpar. I would recommend the local credit union over this place or any other in town.
There are quick and and very polite
Poor service, banking skills, and regulations. We waited 2 hours to find they needed all these extra documents that a bank would have done online.
They take long with putting money in the atm and bad service
