I had the most pleasant experience, the staff is amazing, caring, and genuinely concerned. The dentist worked very hard on my teeth. I have major bone loss that made it hard to fit me for a denture. The doctor created a perfect fit for me. It was important to him that I was happy and that my teeth were healthy and fit well! I am over joyed! Please support this amazing dentist and staff. Rhonda

Kristina - The Dental Hygienist is the only reason I go here. The place needs a bit of a face lift. Chairs are old looking, very bland looking office. Only reason I keep going here for my cleaning is because I really like the Dental Hygienist, Kristina. She's really nice and I feel like she is honest about what I need and not just trying to sell me expensive teeth cleanings. There's always a different dentist. I have never had the same dentist twice. I wish there was more consistency in dentist and wish they updated their place a bit to make it look more modern.

Took my daughter to Southern Dental she chipped her tooth playing a friends house. They did a great job getting us in that day, and the dentist was able to first calm my daughter down and then calming me down. They stayed later to help and we are going to have her finish having her tooth fixed this week. I was really impressed with the whole office.

I went to Southern Dental at 1249 W. Bay Area in Webster Texas in October of 2015; they told me to pay over 400 for my daughter to have some fillings done, and nothing for mine and my other two kids cleanings. So, of course I did, that was not including what my insurance was paying. Once all was said and done, insurance has paid and the insurance told me my portion is really only a little over 100 dollars. Southern Dental is telling me I STILL owe over 400 dollars. Southern Dental told me it does not matter what the agreement between them and my insurance company is, that I owe what the insurance won't pay, which still does not add up to what Southern Dental says I owe. Nothing they billed me in the first bill is what they billed my insurance company. The difference between my bill and my insurance company charges is substantial. Yet their recent bill to me does not match anything when it comes to the difference from their changes and what insurance paid them. They are fraudulent and dishonest run as fast as you can away from them!!!

If I could give this place negative stars I would. I am going to have to get an attorney, because the prices at this place are ridiculous. My husband and I got xrays and I got a cleaning. The insurance company paid them and they are still saying we owe 473!!! How the hell do they get away with this stuff? My insurance company is telling us we shouldn't pay that much. That this is ridiculous. I have never had to pay more than 20 for these same services before. Seriously?! Trust me. You DO NOT want to go to this place unless you want to pay a ton of money for bad service. DON'T GO HERE!!!!!!

They told me I didn't have an appointment when I showed up, when they called to confirm it. The girl at the desk was gone for 20 mins, so I waited 20 mins to find out they messed up my appointment. She said they could probably fit me in but after seeing the cleanliness and her rude demeanor I left. This place sucks.

I would put negative stars if I could too. I was very unimpressed with this office, in every aspect. The staff was unprofessional, rude and pushy. The dentist was extremely rude. She all but yelled at me because I needed some work, telling me that I took horrible care of my teeth. She should not work with people. Someone else posted about someone calling repeatedly trying to set up appointments - they did the same thing with me trying to get me to set up additional appointments for my entire family. It only took one visit for me to know that I will NEVER go there again and neither will anyone in my family. Dentistry is a very competitive field and I don't need this crap. I would rather pay out of pocket than use a dentist as rude and unprofessional as the ones employed here.
