It was such a great place to stay. I loved having my family here. We all got together after 5 years, had game night and dinner in the lobby. The staff was so sweet so we shared the pizza, veggies, fruit and cheesecake with them.

The place make you feel like you at home. The area is quit. Had an nice to go breakfast. And the clerks are very nice and respectful. They just don't have an open pet policy. No animals allowed except service animals

I would give it 5 stars but I was only a visitor of someone else. I loved the space in the rooms, high ceilings, cleanliness of the beds and the huge pull out sofa. Not everyone loves the separate toilet from the tub but I liked it. Also, the indoor/outdoor pool was a plus. Looked clean as well. Just an overall good hotel in a great location.

Room was pretty neat and clean. It was a very unusual setup with the toilet and bathroom being in two separate sides. Unusual, but clean and well maintained. Docking a star because of the water quality. The tap water and shower had a funky pond skum like smell. I recommend the hotel management look into this. Time to change that water filter... It might be the city water, but it was very off putting. Had an oily residual on everything the water was used on.

This is one of my favorite hotel lines! They are very welcoming and sweet! I have not met one unkind person once even during these challenging times. They clean every room thoroughly and the bathrooms are spotless!

My company booked this hotel for an extended stay. Upon arrival the first room I was given had a bad / loud HVAC unit. They moved me to another room. That room had a bad TV that kept hanging and saying 'no signal'. Unfortunately, all the Marriott properties use a standardized LG TV that is ancient technology. The remote that came with the TV is replaced with a custom unit that does not allow me to change the media source so I can plug in a Roku or other streaming device on the back of unit. Additionally, the TV appears to be configured to disable the buttons on the side of the unit so I can't change the source there either. After 3 or 4 "resets" of the "smart" TV device (a PC connected to the TV) failed to fix the problem I asked for them to replace the TV and smart unit. The manager refused to do anything about it. "That's a company TV and we can't replace it". I wound up changing rooms...again. The entire hotel has also had a problem with hot water. I had to turn on all the taps to for 10 minutes (in all the rooms in which I stayed) to get reasonably warm water for a shower. They said they would look into it. I was here a week before I noticed it was fixed. When I had to do laundry, I found that the entire hotel had only two washers and oddly, only one dryer. So every time I did my laundry I had contention for the dryer, which wasted more of my time having to babysit the laundry room so I could get my clothes dried. The other downside -- the facility charges for each laundry load, when in my opinion it should be free given the cost of the rooms. in the final room in which I stayed the iron was dirty with what appeared to be some dark burnt-on substance...probably someone's fabric. The front desk replaced the iron but that one's steam function didn't work. Taken individually these are all admittedly minor issues. In combination, however, it led to needless aggravation.

This place is better than I expected. The "gym" and the pool could get an upgrade. I'd even invest in adding more/larger windows to open up the impressive build. The building has great potential. Livable, but feels mostly right for Marriott. Staff are super friendly and professional. Their work outcompetes re the physical building. Still staying there from now on.
