Dr. Christine Henry has been very helpful in helping me with my anxiety and is very understanding. She lets patients lead based on what they need and I always leave therapy with more clarity and a better understanding of myself. I highly recommend her!

Dr. Menefee is amazing. I've been seeing her for about two months now. She has a way of reading between the lines and truly understands people. I never feel judged or like shes not listening; I've never even seen her look at the clock or constantly checking time. I personally feel valued and very safe in our sessions. So far she has nailed everything on the head. I truly enjoy the help she has given and look forward to more self discovery with her.

No words will measure up in expressing my gratitude to Elil who patiently listened to me over the course of 3 years in therapy. I do not trust easily and I am sure I was a challenge at times. He was my last effort at finding a therapist and I am glad I did not give up. I wish they made more of his kind in this world...
