Stay away from this nightmare if you need to rent a U-Haul moving van. I booked a small 10ft U-Haul moving truck to pick-up household goods in Ontario Canada. I arrived at Taylor's at 7:45 am. to pick up the vehicle. Dave Bardoosh told me that he didn't have the vehicle available. I WAS PISSED!! I had a mover waiting and didn't want to be delayed. He offered me a 15ft. vehicle which I did not want and then he offered me a van which was way too small. Dave then got on the phone and started calling around to find another 10ft. truck. He actually had the audacity to say that he told me that the vehicle that I booked days before "might not" be available. Yeah, exactly Dave!!! I booked a moving truck that might not be there. Real stellar customer service!!!! One star for the fact that he was competent enough to book a 10ft moving truck at Climate Controlled Self Storage across the street. I had to wait until Climate Controlled opened at 8:30am. What everyone wants on moving day is no vehicle, wasting time and having to deal with added stress. Like I said, stay away from this sorry excuse of a rental place.

I wish this site could allow you to award minus stars. The guy that was running the place today was as helpful as a turd in a punch bowl. I could go on, but do not want to get any more agitated than I already am. My rating? minus 10 stars.
Rented from them a number of times over the years. Maybe around 10 times or so. Never had any issues, things worked as advertised for the most part. Minus one star because some of the equipment was a bit long in the tooth, but it wasn't ever broken, and I never had any hassles on pickup or return.
I do a lot of DIY projects. I have rented a commercial grade tile saw a couple times from Taylor and it worked great. The staff was helpful and the tools were ready on time.
Worst place I have ever done business with. Rented an auger to dig 6 fence holes. Piece of junk wouldn't stay running. Was 5 minutes later on the return and the guy got rude and mouthy with me. Told me they closed at 4 sharp and they would not wait for my husband to pull down North Ave and get it there. Crooks wanted to charge us for another day is all! We will be disputing this on our charge card. Have rented places before and they are usually accomodating when it comes to 5 or 10 minutes getting something back. If you want my opinion they owe me money for a crappy machine. Turned a one and a half hour job into a 3-4 hour job. NEVER AGAIN!!!
I own a Comercial landscaping company and do a lot of business in this store Dailey from renting equipment to purchasing new equipment. The customer service is great and reasonably priced I would recommend to any customer looking for renting/buying equipment.
Rented a tool on Saturday and was expected to return it on Monday at 9 am. They were extremely rude and didn't care that I had to be at work by 6 am. Charged me double the rental price. I should have just bought the tool for a little more and saved myself the headache.
I rented a uhaul trailer in Tennesse and was to drop it off at this location on 11/29. The trailer was dropped off on 11/27 and when I received my credit card bill there was an extra day charged to me. Uhaul immediatly fixed the fixed the problem but Taylor had trouble explaining the reason for the charge. Their excuse was that the charge was because they didn't check the trailer back in until 11/30. Come to find out they have this several times to other customers. Will never do business again with them!!
