I visited the Good Feet Store on Sept. 19th and had Derek Rauh help me. Do your homework before you go. Research the inserts and decide on your own about what is best for you before you go. Don’t get talked into spending 1926.00 for all three inserts. You only need the maintainer for inserts(daily wear). Unless you don’t mind spending the 1926.00. My husband has been wearing the Maintainer insert for 10 years from the store and did not need the other 2 inserts for his heel pain. They will try to sell you the other 2 inserts. Thankfully I had a husband that has great success with the maintainer and that I knew that’s the only thing we needed to leave with. I left with only the maintainer for everyday use for my daughter. When the salesman Derek Rauh noticed that he was not going to get a big commission he started to pump his legs ,like someone with a nervous twitch, and got very antsy. I am Wondering if he had Attention deficit disorder. Derek kept looking over to the customer that was waiting for the next salesman while I was still decided on what to do. They will want to rush you so you don’t have much time to think about spending 1926.00 of your money. Then Derek Rauh snapped at me. Personally I don’t think that he should be talking to people that way. Then at the end I paid 400.00 for what I really needed. Derek Rauh ask for my last name to put it in the computer and had mention that I had a weird last name. Then went on to state that I didn’t like my last name because it is weird. So I proceeded to tell him that was my last name that he is making fun of. That was uncalled for. The Good Feet Store needs to retrained their employees especially Derek Rauh( the one with the bright red hair) If that doesn’t help his ability to be a better salesman then Derek Rauh needs to be fired from The Good Feet store, basically the salesman doesn’t like people that are education in what they want and need.

Look the inserts work but very few of you are going to need to get the 3 insert system. The sales team at these stores are under unbelievable pressure to sale the 3 system. If they do not they are fired. Read the reviews on what it is like to work for them. The truth is out there. With all that said its still works. Also they have a lifetime warranty. So there is at least that.

Extremely high pressure salesman. Be prepared for a sales pitch on par with buying a timeshare. Got rude when I wasn’t prepared to drop the 1800 immediately. With these tactics I say stay far away. Will never go back.

After 3 years of use from this store it was time for another size change for my son. We went in for the size change and was told no can do without trading in the old inserts, Never were we told about this policy when we paid over 900.00 for these things. So now they want another 350.00. All we have been told since day one was come in anytime for life if you need replacements. NOT so ! Beware of this scam if you ever go there. Not good business practice guys. I would not recommend good feet to anyone .

A couple years ago my feet were killing me and I thought I would have to have surgery to fix them. A family member brought me to The Good Feet Store and there, my life changed. Within a couple months, the pain in my feet were gone. Greatest thing ever! The man that helped us back then was very nice and helpful.
