Had the chance to catch them at the Bristol Fall Festival today 10/9. To have pasta cooked that perfectly from a food truck with a line a mile long with just the two owners working pretty much speaks for itself. Line was flowing, dishes were cranking out. Hot and fresh. Creamy and distinct flavors. If you want real ingredients with none of the garbage and an authentic taste you have to try them out!

Finally decided to give this a shot with my girlfriend after driving by multiple times and I am glad we did. We were greeted by David who is a very friendly guy who knows the product and will let you sample all the flavors they have. We ended up getting the smoked gouda and the spicy mac and they are great separately but mixed they are an amazing combo. Either way all the products that we tasted were delicious. We will definitely be returning here soon to try more items especially their homemade cupcakes!
I recently visited this family-owned restaurant. The owners were very friendly and the Mac and Cheese is one of a kind! It is prepared with authentic Italian ingredients. Love it!!
My husband and I visited this evening for dinner and to put it simply...I am in love! When we walked in we were immediately greeted by the owners of the resturant. They are so enthusiastic about their product and make you feel at home right away - like visiting a friend's house for dinner! We were given samples of all four flavor varieties and an explanation of what was in each option (my personal favorite - smoked Gouda). All of their menu items are made in house with fresh, quality, simple ingredients - like something your very Italian Grandma would make...okay, maybe even better (but don't tell MY Nana that)! I am so glad that Webster is home to such a wonderful new business - we will certainly be returning customers!

The Original M&C is a pleasant and welcome addition to Webster town. Their Mediterranean-style cuisine is like a robust breath of fresh air off the Adriatic. Proprietor/Chef David is a charismatic presence offering diverse and expertly prepared offerings and lively conversation in a cafeteria-style environment. All offerings are lovingly prepared with authentic Italian ingredients. His experience as a master chef is both extensive and global in its breadth. On this particular night, Chef David let my father and I sample every ziti & cheese dish, including the zuppa di fagioli. He prepared a pesce arrostito especially for us, marinated in a delicate broth culled from red peppers and onions, (and whatever else he was brewing up back there), served with a healthy side of insalata di rucola and ziti of your choice. Tonight we chose the ziti con funghi e piselli in salsa bianca. The meal deal also includes a beverage. We chose an Italian soda. It was all "magnifico". Chef David and his wife were very accommodating, and the entire meal was quite reasonably priced at 10.99 for a Friday night. The long-vacant site of the former Burger King has been beautifully renovated, and the overall atmosphere was gastronomically agreeable. Opened since December of 2015, Chef David says the grand plan is to reinstate the built-in drive-through fixture featured in the building's previous incarnation, in turn creating Rochester's first Mediterranean-style drive-through/eat-in/take-out restaurant.
