This is the second time I have tried to go into the store. Twice I refused to go in because the employees behind the register are not wearing their mask or wearing incorrectly below the nose. Today at 4:35, it was both.. One no mask the other below the nose. I am going to complain to the police department and the health department. Evidentially the manager does not care

There are 3 women that work there named Emmerline, Nyree, and Geeta. The EMMERLINE character is a fake witch, and will attempt to over talk a customer as she tries to steal from the customer. Emmerline likes to turn the debit card machine towards the camera so the debit credentials can be recorded on camera. The nyree woman is a bitter black woman whos job is to antagonize customers. The last character geeta is a horrbile spirit as well. Also, they will try to charge a customer extra for refills.

Incredibly rude woman working there tonight. 11:30 pm on August 1st, 2020. I grabbed my drink and was immediately approached with hostility from an employee before paying. She accused me of something but it wasn’t clear what she was saying. She was slurring her words pretty bad. I paid and left, and she stared me down the entire time. I will not be returning to this location, I felt very threatened by this staff member and I would encourage everyone to steer clear. I will be contacting upper management

Employee working there was having a very rude attitude, I always come here and purchase a large icee on a fountain drink Large cup without a problem. Today I stopped by to get one and the cashier there had a very nasty attitude about it. Her name tag had “Queen”. Needless to say my husband and I won’t be going to this location anymore. Never had a problem here until now. I NEVER rate places but after this I think people should think twice about going here with employees that rude!!

I was incorrectly accused of stealing. The incident happened around 8:30 pm on 5/26/2019, a Sunday night. The employee working that night did not approach me asking if I needed assistance. Instead, yelled \Are you paying for your stuff?\ pretty loudly while I was across the store. This made an humiliating situtation for me. When I told her I didn't have anything, she was pretty sarcastic and rude, implying that I was lying. I Really hope the manager takes her ratings on google seriously, as this situation has made me feel discouraged and will not return. I will be calling the store to explain my situation to a manager.
