I booked a all over color appointment at the salon get there and tell the girl I’d like to go light brown and that I do have boxed dye currently on my hair. “I don’t have time for that” is her response. So my time was completely wasted. I wasn’t trying to go platinum blonde, just a lighter brown. Definitely will just stick to the Ulta in Henrietta where they just seem all around nicer.

Was pleased to find what I was looking for in stock at this store but was followed around the whole store up to check out by a lady who I assume to be a "undercover" security guard which made us extremely uncomfortable and feel rushed out of the store. She even kinda jumped up towards me as if I was trying to steal when just smelling a tester product. Also a couple months ago during checkout trying to order a product online, which was unsuccessful as you can't use more than one gift card online, my cashier gave me 2 coupons for free shipping to help with my trouble and when I got home to use them they were both REDEEMED already so would not even use them!! Very disappointed as this is one of my favorite stores.
