AT&T was a big disappointment. They make promises they don't intend to keep. The Assassinates here are good but that doesn't help when tech support is ignorant.

Placed an order for a new line and phone. Was told the phone had to be ordered because they didn't carry it in the store. We were told it would take 2 days to arrive at the store. 4 days went by and we heard nothing, tried calling the store and no one answered. We decided to stop by the store, where we were greeted with stares from the employees behind locked doors in the store. They simply shouted to us that they were closed due to covid and they couldn't help us. So here we are, having purchased a phone and no phone in hand, and no answers from the store. We called customer service who had no idea the store was closed and couldn't figure out where the phone was even though they could see we ordered it. Very disappointed in the customer service of this store. A simple phone call to customers who are waiting on orders would have help so much. We are still trying to figure out where our phone is that we ordered, all the while paying for a line that we cannot use.
Local store closed due to covid-19. It was not clear the store is closed. Staff is in store, but stood there and stared at us at the door like we were crazy. They didn't even try to communicate with us. Very unprofessional and unhelpful.
Nice looking place in a nice location but customer service is really awkward. You walk in and no one says anything. There is no sign in process so you just hope you aren’t cutting someone else or getting cut yourself. Most of the employees are on the back and you don’t see anyone. It’s just really awkward until someone actually comes and talks to you and then it’s fine.
Been customers of Verizon’s for over a decade. Went to this location to pick up a new phone that we purchased. Apparently I’m not authorized on the account, my wife is. I was told in a cold and indifferent manner, by the man outside dealing with curbside pick ups, that I am not authorized. I drove pretty far to go get my new phone up. I asked if they could call my wife to verify the account and get the proper security info from.He said no. Coldly with indifference to the fact that I drove way out of my way. My entire family goes through Verizon for our service, that phone that I was picking up was under my name and number. I have been in customer service and sales, highly successful in those areas for years and I can tell you that this man does not belong in that position for dealing with the public. His attitude, his indifference and coldness alone makes me literally want to completely walk away from doing business with Verizon. That’s not the face that I would want representing my company by any means!
