John was on time, friendy, turned around when we realized we had forgotten something.He used city streets which were shorter than the express ways! We will use him again.
If I could give less than one star- I would. I confirmed a 0400 pick up the night before I was traveling to Rochester airport. I was standing outside my apartment at 0355 and waited until 0400 to call and ask where they were. He texts me that he's outside waiting and I called him on that nonsense since I was already outside. I got in my car and drove myself- at 0409 he was driving by me. Horrible company!
