My fiancé and I were really struggling to find a venue that met our specific requirements - it can be such a minefield out there, and while we were willing to make compromises, nothing quite fit. We were recommended Mary, and have been so pleased with the results. Mary's research was thorough and had completely taken into account all our requests, presenting us with 3 options at the end of the search, which to be honest, we struggled to choose between! Would 100% recommend Mary for finding you the perfect venue.

Wow, Wow, Wow. I am a control freak, but the thought of micromanaging my wedding on the day at the expense of enjoying my wedding filled me with dread. Enter Mary! She offers different levels of wedding (and party) Planning, but I chose to go for the Day-of or On-The-Day Management plan. This meant I could have all the fun (and yes, I really meant that) of planning the big day, but hand the reigns over to Mary on the actual day. She rang me when I enquired about her services. She sounded lovely and just what I wanted. She then kept in touch before the big day. She kept a timeline of what would happen when, offered advice and touched base with all my suppliers. I copied her into all correspondence (I even shared my pinterest board with her). We met up with Mary a few weeks before and almost managed to coordinate our menu tasting with her (but sadly, my time was limited). She came to see me on the day of the wedding, and then it was full steam ahead. She whirled around like a dervish. Everything was completely seamless. She even acted as our MC. She kept the day running smoothly and EVERY SINGLE ONE of my suppliers and nothing but praise for her. I COULD have done it all myself, but, I wouldn't have enjoyed my wedding as much as I did if I had. Handing over to Mary made complete sense. She was a xerox of me without the hassle on the day. Almost a year has passed, but .... I can't recommend her enough. Just simply amazing. Once again, Mary. Thank you.
Seems an appropriate time to send some love out into the world. We first reached out to Mary at the end of last year after having a really tough time balancing wedding planning along with busy work schedules, a new flat, and managing family on both sides of the Atlantic. From go Mary went over and above; her wealth of experience coupled with her passion and kindness gave us a sense of calm we hadn't experienced previously in this process. Our date is set for July this year but even if we are forced to make changes due to challenges outside all of our control, we have absolutely no doubt that the party will go on and Mary will be with us every step of the way. We are so glad we decided to have Mary help us as an on the day coordinator for our wedding, particularly because we planned our wedding from abroad. Throughout the whole process, she was always very professional, calming, warm and kind and we are so grateful to her for all her help! It was our son’s wedding on Saturday and we all had a wonderful day. I honestly don’t know how we would have managed without Mary. She was so calm, reassuring and knowledgeable and, as far as we were concerned, the whole day went without a single hitch. Our son and his (now!) wife live abroad. Mary was able to contact them on Skype and discuss with them exactly what they wanted for their special day. The wedding was held in a marquee and suppliers had been chosen from different parts of the country. Mary liaised with them beforehand and was their main point of contact during the wedding. She helped us to set up the day before, calmly coordinating and patiently organising everything. Mary’s attention to detail is amazing and she makes everything seem so easy. She gave us such confidence that we handed over all responsibility to her and concentrated on thoroughly enjoying ourselves, at the wedding. We were aware that she was working very hard behind-the-scenes, but she never presented us with a single problem or issue. She undoubtedly went above and beyond and we would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending her. Thank you Mary, you are amazing. We all appreciated your help and the fact that you enabled us to have an absolutely wonderful day.
Having organised lots of big parties and generally loving orgainsing we were excited to get going with planning our wedding, until we decided to do it in 15 weeks time. We then felt quiet daunted and overwhelmed with quite how much there was to do. Where did we start? What did we priorities? How were we going to source and have time to sort quotes? We are lucky enough to be able to get married at our home on the Farm, so venue was sorted, but after that it was a mine field. From the moment we contacted Mary, we knew we could not only trust her but we felt she was professional, down to earth, warm and someone we could work with to get the job done! Once the contract was signed and we started working together straight away, we knew it was the best money we were going to spend on the wedding. Having Mary takes all the stress out of your planning and allows you to enjoy the run up to the big day, knowing she has got everything covered. There is nothing she doesn't think about. She came to all suppliers meetings, skype meetings with photographers, church meetings, even offered to pick my dress up with me! She always goes above and beyond. On the day she was so professional and has such a calming influence. From our point of view, to have someone who had spend the last few months really getting to know us, running our day, knowing exactly how we wanted things to go, was priceless. She ran our day with out a hitch (or if there was any, we certainly didn't no about them) and it was pleasure to have her apart of our whole wedding experience. We couldn't recommend her enough!
