A exceptional clean hotel with a team of staff who could not be more helpful. Breakfast was very tasty with all needs catered for and the coffee was sublime. Would highly recommend as also very well priced

Hotel Kreuzer went out of their way to accommodate my needs during my one week stay. This is my second time at the hotel and it was a pleasant as the first. The staff are very helpful; German is not my first language and their patience while I translate was appreciated. My only comment for improvement would be to consider expanding the menu items offered at the bar/bistro. The present choices are great could benefit from a few new options.

The Hotel is a nice and cosy place. The staff and the owner are very helpful and friendly. The rooms are spacious and the bathrooms are modern and sufficient.

Just arrived at this hotel. So far service is fantastic staff is very friendly. A very rare thing for Germany is staff speaks really good English and are not afraid of doing so. Room is big and clean with new shower rooms really positive surprised. Nice country style hotel if you don't want to be in a city centre.
