I waited 30 minutes and the old man with the mustache told me that there were no more boats and closed. He called whoever he wanted and was super uncommunicative. I'm sorry, but you're ashamed of Switzerland. If there were any problems it is obligatory to report with a sign. There were no restrictions due to the \covid\ virus. You just wasted my time. I came from Zurich for a boat and finally left with nerves.

Inexpensive boat rental, pedal boats, rowing boats and motor boats can be rented without a license. Hours and daily rates. Boat trips on the Walensee are highly recommended, great water, incredible ambience. Ahoy
We've rented the 45PS boat on 3 different occasions. The owner is very kind and flexible and offers excellent service. The prices are very fair. We are very happy customers and will continue to come back every year for a day on the lake.

Ich hatte gestern ein Pedaloboot für Heute reserviert (auf dem Foto mit Sonnendach)und das wurde auch so angenommen. Heute kamen wir hin und bekamen kein Pedaloboot sondern so ein Delphin Tretboot ohne Sonnendach.Eigentlich war mir das aber sehr wichtig weil ich eine Sonnenallergie habe.Hätte mir der Herr doch gleich sagen können dann hätten wir uns die Bustageskarten gespart und gut.
Schlecht, Bei anruf wird einem gesagt Reservation nicht möglich, man solle vor Ort kommen. Ist man vor Ort kommen alle leute mit Reservationen, nach 30 minuten Wartezeiten wurde dann gesagt das heute alles reserviert sei und man 2 tage vorher Anrufen soll? Reservationssystem Chaos und Telefon kaum besetzt bei euch komme ich definitiv nie wieder, da gibts deutlich besser Organisierte Bootsvermietungen. Und ihr müsst auf meine Rezession auch nicht Antworten, und irgendwelche Ausreden erfinden. Saubetrieb!!!!
