Gewoon een voorbeeld van hoe het zou moeten. Goede communicatie en perfecte vaklui in dienst. Terwijl de printer monteur van een ander bedrijf me vertelde dat mijn Xerox Workcentre (van 7000 Euro) niet meer te repareren was omdat een onderdeel niet meer leverbaar was (en dat klopte ook) had Rex het onderdeel nog liggen op voorraad en de monteur klaarde de klus in 45 minuten
