Car has 8787 mileage. We booked ford focus and got Peugeot 2008. It was a nice, new car. They didn't check the car with me, they just give me key and tell, that I need take it from parking. It was night and we didn't anything. If car has any additional damage - we might have paid for it later. Europcar employee met us at their parking and checked car using phone up. He did it really quick, it was really great experience. We're waiting for unblocking deposit, If something happens - I will let you know
The worsted company ever, they didn't return my deposit. Car that I return was in that condition when i take it. For mail they don't respond.
Rented VW Polo class, got Seat Ibiza with 16k km. Very new and fully furnitured. Radar, camera, gps navigation - all included. Engine 1.0l 70kW. 5L/100km. Baby seat was not cleaned at all. Car - perfect condition. They taken 18,51Euro for crossing NL border, which was surprising. Another surprise - only 300 euro deposit.(expected 900).
Really bad service when delivering the car on my arrival. I arrived to the airport at 2300 , raining, and the employee said to me to go.to the parking area to look for the car by using the car key , switching it on/off until locate the car flashing lights. The light in the area was almost nothing, and it was not enough to check the car. I made my best to revise the car under the rain. The surprise was when returning the car: they made the car a cm by cm deep inspection, charging me by a 20cm dirty point in the rear seats of the car ( funny because I didn't use it at all). I recommend you not to hire the car with them because my perception is that provided me on porpouse with this car due to my full insurance coverage. Check the car in deep and obliged the employee to go with you with a big torch, otherwise you will have a bad surprise when returning the car.
