In the Deutsche Post area the Service is lacking: employee does not even take the Time to enter the entire Customer’s Name into Screen, so you end up signing to a wrong Name.....& then get barked at when you point this out.....

The post office is inside the DIY store. I have used them a few times now to post parcels in Germany and they are very helpful staff indeed. I was even short a euro one one group of packages, and they shop owner let me off - i even offered to pay by credit card but he wasn't having any of it. Top bloke
