Invented damage. Didn't receive the car in the category it was booked. Taxi they recommended tried to rip us off, had to go to the police to settle the price. Avoid at all costs.

We arrived before the employee and when we told her we wanted to rent a car she said \mama mia\ then proceeded to help no one for an hour at least. We left and rented a car in Basel. I'd advise everyone else to do the same.
