We have stayed here a few times and only just realised that I have never left a review. Always a friendly and efficient check-in/out. This stay we were arriving after reception closed, however they very generously offered to come and open up for us when we arrived, all it took was a phone call once we were a few minutes away. Lovely comfortable beds, good powerful shower and everything is nice and clean. A big bonus for us is being able to open the window and get fresh air. We didn't have breakfast on this occasion, however when we have done, there has always been more than enough choices and good coffee. All of the staff we have come into contact with are both friendly and efficient. There is a good selection of bars and restaurants within minutes of the hotel. Unfortunately at this moment in time (March 2021), due to coronavirus everything is takeaway only. We will definitely be back whenever we are in the area and can highly recommend this hotel.

Perfect for a quick stop. Free Parking, WiFi (although bit slow). And breakfast for Just 5euro (buffet). Room had TV, fan, hairdryer and a small table where you can sit and work. You can't move the two single beds to make a double bed so make sure you specifically say what bed you want when you book. :) Even if you book for multiple days, you only get tiny shampoo packet and no toothpaste. No problem there is REWE shop @ 5 mins walk where you can buy what you need. Plenty of Biergarten and Restaurants within 10mins walk. Overall Clean. Staffs were great. Very close to everything else. I liked it and would probably stay there again.

Very friendly staff, good rooms for the price. A friend of mine stayed here and he didn't wake up in time to get the breakfast that cost an additional 5 euros so they very kindly offered a packed lunch for him to take with him instead. Fantastic.
This hotel has excellent service and a great staff, especially the receptionist! It’s an excellent hotel that will surely provide you and your family with lots of memories. My autistic son, Paul Denino had a very enjoyable stay at this hotel. His only complaint was the doorknobs, as they were not autism-friendly. However, it is easy to look over the doorknob issue because the hotel staff was very generous and thoughtful when it came to satisfying Paul’s needs. We woke up late and missed breakfast so they prepared Paul a packed lunch! Overall, our stay at the hotel was definitely a magical experience. 10/10 would recommend.
Amazing customer service from the Front desk receptionist! amazing room nice and large and clean! great view and great value for money. The doors need to be changed to autistic friendly knobs though, my son paul had some trouble mind you.
Hotel staff were so friendly and polite to my tourist friend who stayed there. They even saved him food for a packed lunch. Very impressed. Would stay again.
