I got told online that matrasses were available in store but once there the seller told me they only have the spring beds and no matrasses to try. The seller didn't apologize or even try to sell me the matrass I wanted...he really didn't care.

Great service, large variety of great beds... …. that was my original review. But now I have to revise it. We bought our box-spring bed there, had a really good service when we bought the bed and all - no complaints. However upon delivery, we noticed that not everything was delivered. One head part was not delivered and we found out that contrary to what we were told before, one of the beds didn't include the head part, there didn't even exist one (as we were told later). On top of that, the invoice is very unclear and does not state all the peaces with price - therefore it becomes difficult to argue later. Also the motor we had in our bed was not the right one - we were promised by email and also later at personal visits that all would be replace and we would get a new headpart which would fit to the other bed we bought, but in the end we never heard anything anymore - no answer to emails, nothing. To the actual quality of the bed I can say it is really comfortable and feels great, but the build quality also doesn't seem very good, this we only saw when we moved... All in all, I would not buy another bed there.
