My nails look fantastic. My nails shine and the young lady followed what I wanted. I recommend this place.
First of all the quality of work was not good: they needed to do corrections several times and the work was not precise at all. Moreover, instead of Shellac, what I asked for and paid for, they used Gel (I noticed later while removing the colour from my nails)!!! I am surprised that this nail salon is good rated...
First time visiting this establishment and I cannot recommend it enough! It was extremely easy to book an appointment for myself and my husband, to have joint manicures later that day. The response time to the online booking system was amazingly efficient. The salon is modern and well equipped with both male and female personnel. I walk past the salon frequently and it is always incredibly busy. Now I see why! Really good service, I was impressed. I've used many salons in the UK, but none compare to TopNails. I am definitely going to be a regular client here from now on. Great prices too, in comparison to the numerous establishments of this type in the local area.
