Ganz gleich, ob man seit Jahren Pilates macht oder als Neuling den Einstieg sucht: Ellen kann jeden motivieren, anleiten, begeistern. Ein sehr modernes, schön ausgestattetes Studio in dem man mit Reformer, Trampolin oder ganz „normalem“ Pilates-Workout freundlich und kompetent an seine Grenzen geführt wird. Toll!!
