Very helpful staff, a very nice selection of products and really well organized. I go there when I want to check on the gaming section to see if they have any new merch, and pick up a new house device.
The service was awful... First, I saw the worker just relaxing at his desk without giving me any help. At some point I asked him politely to help me. He offered me some junk products instead of the originals, plus his attitude was very bad. He literally had no desire to be there. The way he talked to me made me very angry. I am not shopping there again.

Great variety of all technical products for every budget
Handed in a faulty device, and they had it for two weeks before I could pick it up again - they didn’t fix the faulty device because the technician didn’t experience the problem that normally only occurs after several minutes. I have much better experiences with customer service buying from other tech shops and will not buy stuff here again. Otherwise ok prices and polite staff
