We bought the \Entdeckerpaket\ and just 2 hours after it was delivered my wife and I had emptied the bottle of Sauvignon Blanc. I should say that we don't normally drink a whole bottle of wine in one evening, but this was too good not to finish. The wine is fruity, almost flowery, exceedingly clean with a full body and mild rest acidity. There is no doubt that this is a Sauvignon Blanc with real character. Our congratulations to Frau Roll for this marvelous creation.
