Every time I am in Ruedesheim I dine here! The food is superb and the wine is great! I have tried other restaurants in the town but once I found this gem, I wouldn't go anywhere else! There is outdoor seating and on a nice day, it is perfect. If the weather is not so kind there is plenty seating inside. The owner always remembers me, even if it is a year or so since she has seen me!

Wow what a lovely cosy restaurant with such a homely feel with it’s charming traditional German exterior and interior. We were made to feel very welcome which was nice. The food was great, traditional, hearty and full of flavor. I throughly enjoyed the ambiance and I would certainly recommend this quaint little restaurant to anyone who lucky enough to stroll by after a lovely day out.
really not worth a visit for food, a cosy place, however. tiny 'ants' running on tables hunting for breakfast bread crumbs. asparagus overcooked and veery slooow service.
This could well be the best Gasthaus in Germany. We had a wonderful stay and will be back .The wine was delicious, the host super friendly, and the breakfast superb. Very central to all things to see. Look no further.
Cheap and clean. 60 euros. Stayed 3 times before. Secure parking for the motorbike Good breakfast. No wifi or tv so what? Go out and enjoy the town.
Stated at their guest house right next door with free parking and basic amenities comfortable bed no wifi or TV. Breakfast was simple but great and they prepared it around our schedule, really wish we had tried their wine and dinner menu.

Zimmer einfach, sehr hellhörig, Tapeten abgerissen usw. Frühstück eingepackt in Folie. Raum sehr dreckig und staubig. Unter aller Sau. Konnte kaum atmen. Sind sofort wieder abgereist. Nie mehr...
