Beds are firm. Television is an older LG, which is very dim...slow Direct TV. Shower fixtures are nice. Dirty exhaust vents. Broken closet door. The screen was pushed out of our window, and never fixed. Water pressure is good. Air conditioning is frustrating...it stopped working in the middle of the night

After a 6 hr drive , my hubby and I was looking forward to relaxing in our reserved room. Upon opening our room door, a foul smell escaped the barely cracked door and upon entering the room the smell grew from foul to a horrific smell of urine (to me).my hubby said it was foul but related it to possibly skunk?? Anyways, we went down to the front and informed the night check in staff and we were instantly moved to another room without any problems. Now, as we settled in and unpack in our 2and room, my hubby comes out the bathroom to inform me that the bathroom sink has a draining issue. I go and check it out and he is correct. We our both tired, hungry and unpacked and really didn't feel like looking for another room but the issue itself was a bit disgusting. If you brush your teeth, gargle and/or have any allergy or sinus issues, all of effects from the said concerns would remain in the sink for several minutes. Should we had went and got another room, maybe? But whose to say that with the next the toilet would flush? This hotel is beyond dated, the extra that was given was because the staff was very pleasant.

Great place to stay! Super clean, and extremely friendly people. Barb, the general manager, went out of her way to help us out when we left something at the hotel. She went above and beyond to make sure it was sent to us. Love the staff at this hotel! Even the wonderful woman who was making the "to go" breakfast bags was extremely joyful and helpful. Thanks Fairfield Inn!!! Would highly recommend this hotel.

Have a king size bed, room.is just a little bigger then the bed, not by much tho. All is nice overall. Hotel is clean, they practice covid-19 rules and disinfect elevators, still wiped my room down myself. Multiple stay they don't come clean. Ask to leave dirty towels outside door.

Very friendly staff. Willing to help every time. I absolutely loved the front desk worker (super curly brown haired gal her name started with C. Chrystal, maybe? I dont rember. But she was there both times I stayed. She remembered me even. I cant wait to come back.

Pretty nice hotel with friendly staff. Rooms are nice and clean. My only complaint is that the fridge is very small and does not have a freezer. However if you need something larger stored they will put it in their fridge or freezer for you.

I am partial to Marriott hotels and stayed here a week on business in mid December. This is one of my favorite Fairfield Inns. It is kept super clean and the staff is super super nice and accommodating. The fitness room is small but has everything I need, including treadmills & TVs. It can be reserved by 1 person at a time fir an hour. This is very important to me. I need it to stay sane during these tough COVID times. All rooms have a microwave and minifridge, which is a plus. This place is located next to and within walking distance of several nice restaurants. Walmart and Kroger are less than a 5-minute drive. However, there are several things that kept me from giving 5 stars: 1) The in-room TV is small and lacks good resolution or apps other than Netflix. 2) The bed is too firm. 3) The water is much too soft, the softest I've ever encountered in a hotel. Showers take more than twic we as ling due to the long-lasting soapy feeling. Despite the negatives, I would gladly stay here again the next time I'm in the area.
