The staff I met today's very friendly, polite, helpful and speak well English! She gave me extremely awesome service and advice. I felt so good to visit the shop to find a present for my friend today and in the same time.. Well done Lamy! You have a very outstanding sell representative! The shop contains variety of products. Staffs are lovely. If you are looking for a place to get nice presents from Germany, this is a gem!

Freundliches Personal und gute Beratung auch trotz Corona. Ich finde dass echt toll dass ihr immer Livestreams auf Instagram macht. Auch dass ich alles bei euch bestellen kann. Ich kann es wirklich jedem hier empfehlen!

Lässt nicht nur schwarz arbeiten im Saisongeschäft, sondern ruft auch aktiv dazu auf sich selbstständig zu machen, damit er selbst nicht haften muss. (meine Unwissenheit mit 18 Jahren wurde sich zu Nutze gemacht, ich war 3 Monate schwarz angestellt) Und das Arbeitsumfeld ist sehr toxisch. Der Chef hat seine Mitarbeiter auch mal zum heulen gebracht, indem er private Sachen geöffnet hat. Eigentlich 0 Sterne, kaufen sie Ihren Mont Blanc in einem anständigen Laden. Edit: Der Inhaber möchte das noch einmal nachfolgend bestätigen, dass er nicht weiß wie man mit Mitmenschen umgeht oder kompetent ist.
