In this time of need your Pick n Pay don't provide service to the public! Your lady on the other side of the telephone only laughs when we ask about the service. This is very poor publicity! Thumbs-up to the Pick n Pay of Virginia and Odendaalsrus that goes out to help the community!!

Whenever a "special" gets advertised, you can bet your bottom dollar that PnP Welkom will not have it in stock! If you ask for a "rain check" on that specific product, they just make VERY SURE they also DON'T stock it for the following 30 days!!!

Toilets had no soap in all of the containers, the water was brown before and after flushing the toilet. No paper or machine to dry your hands. Absolutely bad

I am disgusted by the poor customer service and lack of respect, insults by senior management instead of a simple apology mistake made by the by the retailer. The senior management makes insults to his customers with rude attitude tone refusing to accept their part of mistake labelling specials. Wow the rudest staff with the worst attitude management in the South Africa.

It is not a pleasure to shop at Pick n Pay Welkom any more because of the students ques! We as normal buyers stand in long ques and all the till points are not manned! There is too little space between the 2 ques! I can assure you I am not the only one complaining we will rather use another supermarket in future!
