We had a leak that resulted in an insurance claim and an entire new floor in our living area. Randy and Nick worked very hard to help us through the claim process and then selecting new floor, scheduling installation and wrapping up to be sure we were satisfied. We had a FABULOUS installation team that were on time, professional, concerned with the quality of the job and the cleanliness of the work area since it was a major portion of the home that we were living in! We'll FLOOR U installed our wood floors when we moved in three years ago, and then again when we had this water crisis. I cannot say enough good things about this company and their people
