RAW FOOD My family and I ate here on a Thursday night. My dad ordered the steak and lobster, the lobster came completely raw. My mom had just a steak which was ice cold in the centre. I had a burger that was fine, but the fries had random pieces of other meals tossed in (mushrooms and onion ring pieces). The manager was friendly but really did not do anything to rectify the mistake. We payed full price for our meal (minus the lobster) and we left. We will never eat here again as it made us feel sick for the rest of the night. P.S. they also charge you an "Honest to goodness" fee which the server said is there to keep their prices low. It was a 3 extra charge for nothing. Truly bad service

Love this place for a quick cost friendly meal. The owners are wonderful people. I know this place will flourish in Welland and I am super glad it's here! I already been 4 times since opening. You get what you pay for and when do you ever get a steak and lobster tail for 20. Located right next to McDonald's.
Enjoyed my visit at Chuck's Roadhouse. Had the sirloin and NY strip and both were good. Price is excellent for what you get. Service was also good. Definitely will be back.
We ate at the new Welland restaurant. The staff were very nice. It is a new restaurant so the kinks need to be worked out. We only waited 15 min for a table. Very clean and sanitized. 3 staff asked how our food was... it was delicious BUT it was cold. Every meal except the baked potatoes on our plate. All 4 meals. We didn’t say anything because it took over 45 min to get our food. We didn’t want them to make it over again. You can’t microwave it. We didn’t want them to remake it. If Chuck’s reads this I encourage them to really take this comment seriously because cold food is something I heard before from other locations. The food was delicious and the portions were excellent for the price. I would just review why meals are going out warm or literally cold.
I ordered a lot when they first opened ... the Pan bread is amazing but the steak wasn't always made right, and the fries would almost always be cold!... I understand its a learning process as its new I will CONTINUE to order .
I have never been so disappointed in a restaurant. It was honestly embarrassing. I ordered take out and not a single item was good. The fries were not cooked (their deep fryer is either not up to temp or they pulled them early), the salad dressing tasted like mayo (not Caesar). My husband and I got the burger and the chicken club so we could split and each try. The burger was pink (not sure if it’s 100% beef or a mix so stopped eating it as their website does not specify) and the cherry on top was that the chicken club was missing chicken. Reviews say they are slow but honestly, you can’t rush it by not fully cooking food and by forgetting key items. I tried it a few weeks ago and wasn’t impressed but for the price I couldn’t complain... now it’s not worth it. Never again. Please, get new kitchen staff or a better kitchen manager.
Not really that impressed. I ordered the ribs and chicken the chicken barely had any chicken I guess was the biggest problem. I have been before but waited an hour for lunch and place was pretty empty. Won't he back
Not a fan, first time my food was burnt and smelt like dog food. My whole car smelt awful driving home and I was afraid to eat it. Tasted exactly how it smelt. Few months later we tried again and it was decent but ribs were really dry. Not worth the price, you can get better food at Harveys.
