Same as Bell they offer VERY POOR service. In Touch Communications promises a better experience than Bell but be prepared to be disappointed and waste a lot of time chasing down issues yourself. Sales reps don't follow-up with you on issues (I am still waiting after 4 months to have my account setup properly) and the owner doesn't care either. If you hate dealing with Bell you will hate dealing with these guys just as much possibly even more.
