Food was good. But the pick up system is a sham. Said to come 15min after online order . Get there and there is a line and when they ask if I'm here for pick up I still had to wait inside ask they built my order. Which is now 30min old.. Hope they can figure it out.

This is not a bad KFC. I only ordered a large popcorn chicken and i only had to wait for a few min for my food. This store was organized and clean with fast service and friendly staff.
Ok, I want to leave a better review. Food wise its...well, its KFC. If you don't want fried chicken, this is not the fast food place for you. If you go in and order, its not bad. I am partial to poutine, but sometimes its a bit...soup-like. The issue is with delivery. We've almost never had an order be 100% correct. So...if ordering for delivery, keep that in mind, but set your expectations a bit low (and then you might be pleasantly surprised)
Sloppy...very busy location...had to return as missing items from our order. Several other people came in when I was there for the same reason...
Halloween 2020 around 6 pm. The cashier doesn't seem to think that the posters placed in front of the store indicating that it is mandatory to wear a mask applies to her. She was good at keeping count on how many people could be inside the store. The food made me sick all night. Never again! And she was RUDE
