If you call them to open a new policy you can get some one on the line right away. If you call for anything relating to an existing policy expect to wait 20 to 30 minutes to get someone on the line. Then when you finally do get someone they take 4 to 6 times as long as any other insurance company to get anything done. This is the most irresponsibly managed broker I have ever done business.
