Was previously a State Farm customer for many years and was with Lisa Hall before the change over to Desjardins. Office staff is friendly and will spend as much time as you need to explain or go over policies with you to make sure you’re getting the best coverage and discounts. Over the years I’ve had lots of claims (not at fault) due to people running into me, vandalism and even vehicle theft. Has always been for me a fairly easy experience, despite the obvious inconveniences that go with switching vehicles and rentals and all that. Rates have never gone up due to any of my claims and they are among the cheaper options (I’ve looked around) and I can’t get anything close to have the same kind of coverage.
