I retained lotus paralegal for a tenant screening service. I own many properties and recently have had some bad tenants. Jessica was professional and very accessible. She was always available for questions or concerns. I also retained her for a N4 application, she was able to handle the matter for me perfectly. I have had bad experiences before with paralegals who are never available, this was not the case here. Jessica went above and beyond for me and I will be using her for any future services I need.
I own several properties and was referred to Lotus Paralegal for tenant screening services. I have not had the best luck with my tenants. The process was easy and efficient. The paralegal who worked with me was always available for questions and made renting out my property a breeze! Highly recommend, I have great tenants in the property and I saved tons of time and frustration with finding a renter. Definitely will use this firm again.

I contacted Ms Travers, in regards to a landlord and tenant issue; my relationship with my landlord wasn't great as they didn't follow the fundamentals/rules of the landlord and tenant regulations. I was presented with a N12 form and I couldn't come to a solution. Ms travers helped me by listening, and understanding to what I was going through and informed me of my options. Her professionalism and persistence gave me security, and comforted me throughout the process. In advocating on my behalf she made me knowledgeable, in landlord and tenet rights and we were able to come to a solution, resulting in the successful dismissal of the application.
