I purchased my 2013 ford escape from Niagara auto sales in November 2019. It was quick and easy to get approved for finance and leave with my SUV the following day. The outstanding service i have received is amazing, Wally Jr And Wally Sr always take good care of me and resolve any and all issues i have with my SUV in timely and friendly manner. I just had to get my Transmission replaced(3000) and had a rental car which Niagara auto sales payed half for my repair and payed for my entire rental car. I would definitely recommened them to anyone who is looking for a quality vehicle with amazing service. Thank you to Wally SR for looking after me during the transmission repair and keeping me updated on all steps throughout the process. I will definitely be buying from them again in the future Kelsey Linebaugh
I would give this place 0 STAR if i could. 19% interest. Don't waste your time here. They were so nice to you at first, 3 months later, they turned their faces and tell you that's not their problem. 3 months of warranty? You must be kidding me. You told us 12 months, that's why we bought the vans from you. Do you think we would buy anything from you if we know about your 3 MONTHS WARRANTY? You lied to your customers. You ripped us off with 19% interested and now refuse to help. Of course because the only thing you care is taking people hard earn money. That's the best fiance company they can find for you. I would never ever come back here again or recommend to any body. You should feel ashamed of yourself all of you!
